CDH Matur Holding is a private holding company created in 2017, and is the parent company of all the companies owned by the director under a group restructuring.
The group includes Special Fruit, trading since 1996 and Holland Bazaar Limited specialising in wholesale fruit & vegetables in addition to frozen food.

The subsidiary companies include Harman Enterprise and HB Mines in the fields of construction, property management and mining. Additional subsidiaries include supermarkets, restaurants, the retail sector and manufacturing with export and import interests in over 30 countries.

Established with a core interest in sales of groceries, fruit and vegetables and a desirable property portfolio, CDH Matur Holding has a high positive ratio of turnover to profit. Furthermore, this has not been negatively impacted by the current domestic and global economic market fluctuations and uncertainties.

The company has a long-term investment perspective and will diversify in all current fields, by using the companies own equity capital facilitating swift investment decisions. The groups turnover expectancy for the 2022 fiscal year end is forecast to be more than £200,000,000.
